As Design Director at Xennexis you will be expected to:

• Have strong agency or design studio experience and a background skillset in UI & UX and / or product design.

• Expert in all of Adobe CS products and Sketch

• Experience in Mobile, Desktop design.

• Leading relationships with key clients, participate in and lead both team and client workshop sessions. This will require occasional travel to client sites in Bangkok.

• Gain client and stakeholder buy-in to your ideas through effective presentation and engagement.

• As this role will include a large portion of day to day designing, you will be able to design through the line, across branding, motion and digital

• Having line of sight across all design work before it goes out the door, able to feedback to the team constructively and encouragingly

• Have a flawless eye for craft, keen to innovate with design where appropriate

• Be used to, and relish in working in fast paced, ever changing environments

• Lead and direct the interactive, visual, experience, typographic and stylistic output of the Design team

• Drive innovation in conceptual design, process, and technology

As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects across web and mobile applications. You will be required to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end project activities from initiation to implementation including project set-up, kick-off, requirements analysis, solution design, build, test, production implementation, post implementation review, issue resolution, status reporting and lessons learned. You work on multiple projects while leading and co-coordinating cross-organisational teams responsible for the overall delivery of an assigned project.

You will also have responsibility in the development and implementation of an agile framework and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• End-to-end project ownership from initiation to customer handover and project closure, with previous experience implementing enterprise class multi-year projects

• Lead and participate in project teams to implement project deliverables in line with stakeholder expectations

• Responsible for project planning and resource allocation, working with virtual teams in a matrix organisation

• Identification and management of Risks and Issues throughout the project

• Financial responsibility for the project margin ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on actual revenue for each project

• Ownership of change management on the project

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, identify early warning indicators

• Driving technical delivery by project team in line with client commitments.

 

Required Experience & Skills

• Must have worked as a Project Manager in a Professional Services capacity for a software vendor.

• Experience in Client/stakeholder facing roles

• Strong communication skills

• Strong PM experience i.e. has managed project deliverables through all phases, managed project plans, delivery schedules and QA, managed project financials and knows how to use some industry standard estimation tools, and should have knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Solid working knowledge of software technology capabilities to be able to act as a bridge between Functional and Technical roles on projects

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing IT projects and working on the vendor side

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager

• Significant business experience using various project and program management methodologies in a variety of environments

To assist the delivery of multiple projects and programmes and support the co-ordination and roll out of projects while maintaining a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction.

Requirements

• To assist project management of defined internal (Xennexis) and external (client) projects—incorporating the following activities as applicable:

• Internal liaison: project management team, design, production and digital project lead.

• Organising and attending internal set-up meetings

• Execution of projects in line with deadlines

• Inputting into the weekly project review meeting

• Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment

• Plan test and coordinate defects review, bug fixes, re-testing and closure within project timeline

• Perform regular quality assessment, submit quality checklist, testing and defect executive summary

• Able to work with external vendors and across diversified teams

• Process-driven and strong advocate of reporting

• Fluent in Thai and English
